What is a Profile?

It is a product with decorative look that is sized from the MDF plates and can be covered with pvc foil up to 0,20 micron thickness. It is produced of various colors, patterns and sections, and is used as cover frame.

How is profile produced?

The MDF layers are sized in desired dimensions by the sizing machines, and the profile is shaped in the milling line. The shaped profiles are covered with pvc foil, and packed with the protective film to protect it from external effects, and is prepared for shipment.

Where is the profile used?

MDF profile is used in all inner and outer furniture, room groups, cover frames, drawer frames, headpieces, surface-ends in design and decoration of offices, houses, hotels, etc. to provide production facility and an aesthetic look.

What is the technology used in profile production belts?

In profile production technology Yildiz Entegre established the plants producing with the latest technology in the world as in other areas and has started to produce MDF profiles. 2 MDF sizing lines, 5 Profile milling lines and 5 pvc covering lines are used in the production. The profiles coming out of the pvc covering line are coated with the protective film and packed. Then, they are ready for shipment.

What is your production capacity?

Annual production capacity of MDF profiles is 40.000.000 pieces.

What is the domestic and foreign market share?

The market share in Turkey is 25%, and the export share in all sales is 5%.
